SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
This project replaced existing irrigation mains with 11,313 lineal feet of 2 -inch through 12 -inch
irrigation main and replaced 258 service connections in the neighborhoods between South 7th
Avenue and South 12 Avenue, from Tieton Drive to West Yakima Avenue.
Final inspection for this project was made May 17, 20CE) and the recommendation is that the
project be accepted.
This Council action is to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.

Contract Cost: $830,200.21
Final Contract Cost: $812,323.27
