final payment)

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
This project provided for repair and improvement of the roofing at the . Yakima Convention
Center. The areas included in this contract were a portion of the roof that was immediately over
the kitchen area. This area needed to be built up and reroofed to provide adequate runoff. In
addition to the rebuilt area, there were additional areas that required cleaning,
repair /replacement of flashings and the application of a seal coat to ensure that the roof
functions as intended.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be
accepted.
This Council action is to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.
