The contractor removed and replaced the wall covering on one hundred twenty one (121) two -sided panels that are fifteen (15) feet and twenty three (23) feet in height. Additional work included drywall repair and prep work to damaged panels as required along with installing new one way fasteners for the escutcheons that will need to be removed and replaced during operable wall covering replacement. Work was completed prior to June 30 final inspection for this project was made on July 15 and the recommendation is that the project be accepted. 411 This Council action is to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.
