Miscellaneous Office Paper Products
This Extension of the existing Contract No. 2015-211 entitled "Miscellaneous
Office Paper Products," and entered into on 10/08/2015 (hereafter the "Contract") with
WCP Solutions (hereafter "Contractor") is made and entered into by and between the
City of Yakima (hereafter the "City") and Contractor.
Whereas, the City entered into City Contract No. 2015-211 with Contractor for
the purpose of miscellaneous office paper products; and
Whereas, the original term of said Contract, including extensions thereunder,
currently terminates on 10/08/2020; and
Whereas, Invitation to Bid a new contract No. 12026 for miscellaneous office
paper products are ongoing; and
Whereas, the parties want the existing contract to remain in effect during the
pending Bid process, and until a new contract is signed; and
Now, therefore, the City and Contractor agree to the following extension of the
existing Contract, under the conditions set forth:
The term of Contract No. 2015-211 is hereby extended for 84 days from
10/08/2020 THROUGH 12/31/2020, or when a new Contracted is
executed, whichever comes first, at which time Contract No. 2015-211
shall terminate, unless sooner terminated by either party in accordance
with the terms of the Contract.
Except as expressly modified herein, all other terms and conditions of the
above -referenced Contract No. 2015-211 between the City of Yakima and WCP
Solutions shall remain in full force and effect.
