Introduction and Welcome
Jheri Ketcham convened the monthly meeting of the Yakima Tree City USA (YTCUSA) Board at 5:06
p.m. at City Hall in the 2nd Floor Conference Room,129 N. 2nd Street, Yakima, Washington.
Approval of the Meeting Minutes from April 1, 2019 and April 17, 2019
Lance made the motion to approve the previous meeting's minutes, and Jheri seconded the motion.
Street Tree Inventory Update
Eric noted that the inventory should be ready for finalization at the June 3rd meeting.
Staff Report —Chip Rognlie
Chip had nothing new to report.
For the Good of the Order
It was noted that someone needs to be recruited in order to have a full five -member board.
Adjournment
Lance made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:58 p.m., and Justin seconded the motion. The
next YTCUSA Board of Advisors meeting will be determined at a later date.
