Resolution authorizing termination of lease agreement with Sunrise Outreach Center of Yakima, a religious organization, to lease property adjacent to the wastewater treatment plant for a temporary homeless encampment and to enter into a lease agreement with Grace City Outreach, a religious organization, to lease property adjacent to the wastewater treatment plant for a temporary homeless encampment Interim City Manager Meyherhoff suggested this item be removed from the agenda for additional work and brought back to Council at the next meeting. Other Business Assistant Mayor Cousens discussed communications she has had with John Cooper of the Visitor& Convention Bureau and Greg Lybeck of Sozo Sports Complex and asked for additional information regarding an admissions taxffee. She also requested inf ormat.o regarding the Heals and Heart Act. MOTION: Funk moved and Hill seconded to direct staff to include Asset Forfeiture (Memorandum of Understanding with United States Department of Justice) within prepared reports on YPD procedures and quantifiable YPD outcomes.
