Hearing Examiner's recommendation on the preliminary plat of Racquet Lane Luxury

Yakima, a religious organization, to lease property adjacent to the wastewater treatment plant for
a temporary homeless encampment and to enter into a lease agreement with Grace City
Outreach, a religious organization, to lease property adjacent to the wastewater treatment plant
for a temporary homeless encampment
