Set date of September 15, 2020, for a closed record public hearing to consider the Hearing Examiner's recommendation regarding a rezone application submitted by Bruce Lloyd for property at 702 S 48th Ave F. Resolution authorizing termination of the lease agreement with Sunrise Outreach Center of Yakima, a religious organization, to lease property adjacent to the wastewater treatment plant for a temporary homeless encampment and to enter into a lease agreement with Grace City Outreach, a religious organization, to lease property adjacent to the wastewater treatment plant for a temporary homeless encampment CITY MANAGER UPDATE 7. Discussion regarding directing staff to request the Yakima County Homeless Coalition Executive Committee (under the administration of Yakima County) to provide periodic reports on grant compliance by Homeless Service providers 8.
