the Yakima Planning Commission's recommendation on a rezone requested by
Lars and Amber Hanson.

SUMMARY EXPLANATION: On June 1, 2011, the Yakima Planning Commission issued its
recommendation to approve a rezone of two parcels of property located at 702 -708 West
Walnut Street and 202 South 7 Avenue from Historical Business (HB) to Multi - Family
Residential (R -3). You are now being asked to set June 21, 2011 as the date of a "Closed
Record" public hearing for City Council consideration of the Planning Commission's
recommendation.

for the unconditional approval of this rezone request on June 1, 2011.
