SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Washington Heights is a 240 -lot subdivision laid out in 11 phases. This subdivision received
City Council preliminary approval on December 7, 2010. Phase 2 of this subdivision, consisting
of 21 lots and two tracts, is now ready for your review and consideration.
