A guideline of three (3) minutes per speaker is in place in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing execution of an agreement with PLSA Engineering and Surveying to provide services for the City's sanitary sewer and storm water collection systems *10. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing execution of a contract with PLSA Engineering and Surveying for structural design services to replace a storm drain pipe in the vicinity of Tieton Drive and 28 Avenue *11. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing execution of an Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the State of Texas through the Department of Information Resource *12.
