ITEM TITLE: Consideration of changing the following 2020 Council meeting
dates: 1) Monday,August 3 to Tuesday,August 4 and 2) Tuesday,
October 6 to Monday, October 5

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Due to National Night Out activities, the first Council meeting in August was scheduled on
Monday,August 4. Due to the COVI D-19 pandemic, National Night Out activities have been
rescheduled from August 5 to October 6. Therefore, it is our suggestion to reschedule the
August 3 meeting back to August 4 and to reschedule the October 6 meeting to October 5 in
order for Council members to participate in National Night Out activities on October 6.
