SUMMARY EXPLANATION: Mountain View Estates is a 20 -lot Preliminary Plat in the vicinity
of West Chestnut and 67 Avenues. The Hearing Examiner issued his written recommendation
for approval of this application, subject to conditions, on August 26, .2010. City Council
approved the Preliminary Plat of Mountain View Estates on October 19, 2010 (Resolution R-
2010 -119).
