R-2007-127 A RESOLUTION declaring one (1) SIEMENS Large Drive — Robicon 400hp Variable Frequency Drive to be surplus to the needs of the City of Yakima and the Wastewater Division, and authorizing its sale by whatever means determined appropriate by the City Manager, such as "e -Bay", "Public Surplus", local auction or sealed quote. WHEREAS, the City of Yakima owns one (1) SIEMENS Large Drive — Robicon 400hp Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), for which the City and the Wastewater Division has no immediate or foreseeable use and which is surplus to the needs of the City and the Wastewater Division; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to sell said VFD now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: The City Council hereby declares the aforementioned one (1) SIEMENS Large Drive — Robicon 400hp Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) to be surplus to the needs of the City of Yakima and the Wastewater Division, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sell said VFD by whatever means he determines to be appropriate, such as "e -Bay", "Public Surplus", local auction or sealed quote. Yakima Wastewater Division desires to sell/ auction this VFD by a means deemed appropriate by the City Manager, such as "e -Bay", "Public Surplus", local auction or sealed quote. Funds realized from the sale would be credited to the Yakima Wastewater Operating Fund.
