S UM M ARY E X P L ANAT I O N:
Rainier Court Phases 2, 3 and 4 is a preliminary long plat submitted by Columbia Ridge Homes
L L C that will subdivide three parcels and a portion of a fourth parcel totaling approximately 26
acres into 78 single-family residential lots. T his site, which is located in the vicinity of N 92nd Ave
and S ummitview Ave, is zoned Single-F amily Residential (R-1). The proposed plat includes a
Tract “A” to be subdivided and developed in a future phase.
The original public hearing set date was approved by City Council on March 17, 2020 for a
hearing on A pril 21, 2020, and is now being reset to May 19, 2020
