City of Yakima's 2010/2011 Urban Area Zoning Ordinance amendments.

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
On February 9, 2011, the City Planning Commission formally adopted their written findings and
recommendations concerning City initiated amendments to its Urban Area Zoning Ordinance.
Council is requested to set March 15, 2011, as the date for a closed record public hearing to
consider the Yakima Planning Commission's recommendations regarding the City initiated
amendments to its Urban Area Zoning Ordinance.
