ITEM TITLE: Set Date for Final Public Hearing for March 15, 2011 on the 2010 Consolidated
Annual Performance Evaluation Report.

SUMMARY EXPLANATION: Each year as part of the process of submitting to HUD the
Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER), the City holds two public
hearings to accept comments on the report.
The first public hearing is scheduled for the Council Neighborhood Development Committee
meeting on Wednesday, March 2, at 9:30 a.m.
This item sets the date of March 15, 2011, at 7:00 p.m., for the second and final public hearing
on the 2010 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER).
