The next meeting will be a City Council regular meeting on April 7, 2020, 4:00 p.m. at City Hall
Any invocation that may be offered before the official start of the Council meeting shall be the
voluntary offering of a private citizen, to and for the benefit of the Council. The views or beliefs
expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Council,
and the Council does not endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker.
A Council packet is available for review at the City Clerk's Office and on-line at wwwyakimawa.gov.
The City provides special accommodations, such as hearing devices, wheelchair space or language
interpreters, for City meetings.Anyone needing special assistance please contact the City Clerk's

Items listed are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion without

B. Approval of minutes from the March 17, 2020 City Council regular meeting
C. Resolution authorizing a Master License Agreement with Verizon Wireless for use of the
City's rights-of-way to install, maintain, and operate small cell wireless facilities
D. Resolution authorizing a Construction Services Agreement with JUB Engineering, Inc.,
for Construction Services to rehabilitate the Yakima Air Terminal-McAllister Field Runway
9/27 High Intensity Runway Lighting system and asphalt maintenance
E. Resolution authorizing contract supplement with H.W. Lochner, Inc to provide
engineering services for Interim Action Work Plan for roadway construction within the
former Muncipal landfill for$317,346
F. Resolution to authorize a contract supplement to the Maul, Foster and Alongi contract
(2014-180)to add additional tasks for clean-up at 2312 West Nob Hill Boulevard, in the
amount of$156,136.

Community members are invited to address items listed on the regular meeting agenda and/or thin the
City's purview. A guideline of three(3) minutes per speaker is in place in order to allow as much
opportunity as possible for audience participation. A speaker's time may be extended at the discretion of
the Mayor and/or the consensus or vote of the Council. Written communication and e-mail messages are
strongly encouraged.

8. Public hearing and ordinance to consider the Hearing Examiner's recommendation regarding a
right-of-way petition submitted by Yakima Housing Authority to vacate a portion of an alleyway
that extends west of N 6th Ave, south of Fruitvale Blvd

9. Ordinance amending the 2020 Budget for the City of Yakima; and making appropriations from
Unappropriated Fund Balances within various Funds for expenditure during 2020 for various
purposes including 2019 encumbrances (First Reading)
