SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Each year, as part of the process of submitting to the Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD)the Year End Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report
(CAPER), the City holds two meetings to accept public comments on the report. This is the final
public input meeting on the 2019 CAPER.
The 2019 CAPER was previously provided and included in the March 3, 2020 Council meeting
agenda packet. It is also available online at:
