Resolution authorizing an amendment to Passenger Facility Charge application PFC-19- 18-C-00-YKM with the U.S. Department of Transportation F. Resolution executing an agreement with Airplanners, LLC for air service development and consulting services for the Yakima Air Terminal-McAllister Field G. Resolution authorizing grant acceptance from the Department of Ecology for the purpose of updating the Shoreline Master Program H. Resolution authorizing utility billing personnel to accommodate customers experiencing financial distress. I. Resolution authorizing application for a Violence Against Women STOP Grant J. Resolution authorizing a contract with ABCD Inc, for the Public Works Building Reroof K. Public Comment Community members are invited to address items listed on the regular meeting agenda and/or within the City's purview. A guideline of three (3) minutes per speaker is in place in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation.A speakers time may be extended at the discretion of the Mayor and/or the consensus or vote of the Council. Distribution of the Complete Record for the right-of-way vacation proposed by Yakima Housing Authority for a portion of an alleyway that extends west of N 6th Ave, south of Fruitvale Blvd D.
