SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Yakima Housing Authority submitted an application to vacate a portion of public right of way on
November 1, 2019. The application was reviewed at an open record public hearing held on
February 13, 2020. The Hearing Examiner issued his Recommendation on February 28, 2020.
