A. Set April 7, 2020, as the date for an open record public hearing to consider the Hearing
Examiner's recommendation regarding a right-of-way petition to vacate a portion of an
alleyway that extends west of N 6th Ave, south of Fruitvale Blvd
B. Project Completion and Contract Acceptance for 21932 S - Rooftop HVAC Replacement
for Yakima Air Terminal
C. Resolution executing an agreement with Airplanners, LLC for air service development
and consulting services for the Yakima Air Terminal-McAllister Field
D. Resolution authorizing a grant from the Washington State Department of Transportation
(WSDOT)Aviation Division for capital improvements at the Yakima Air Terminal-
McAllister Field
E. Resolution authorizing grant acceptance from the Department of Ecology for the purpose
of updating the Shoreline Master Program
F. Resolution authorizing a Master License Agreement with Verizon Wireless for use of the
City's rights-of-way to install, maintain, and operate small cell wireless facilities
G. Resolution authorizing a contract with ABCD Contractors, for the Public Works Fuel
System Upgrade Project
H. Ordinance relating to personnel; amending Subsection 2.20.086(A)(2)of the Yakima
Municipal Code relating to lodging and meal reimbursements
I. Ordinance amending the Water Division bulk rate/fire hydrant water meter assembly

7. Public Comment
Community members are invited to address items listed on the regular meeting agenda and/or within the
City's purview. A guideline of three (3) minutes per speaker is in place in order to allow as much
opportunity as possible for audience participation.A speaker's time may be extended at the discretion of
the Mayor and/or the consensus or vote of the Council. Written communication and e-mail messages are
strongly encouraged.
