Summary Explanation Set January 18, 2011, as the date for an open record public hearing to
consider the proposed Traffic Calming Plan for the Barge Chestnut Neighborhood Area. The
plan is a result of a neighborhood petition which is closely associated with the proposal by
Memorial Hospital to create a "closed campus" that directs all hospital bound traffic to Tieton
Drive
