The resolution included authorization of a voters' pamphlet, including arguments for and against, prepared by committees appointed by council not later than 45 days before publication. However, the decision selecting the February 11'h election date precludes any such committee or pamphlet due to the 45-day time frame because there are only 35 days remaining from the January T° council meeting to the election itself. The County Elections office confirmed receipt of the ballot title and language approved by resolution. Further, staff is working on FAQs to be made available over the various City communications platforms. Information only. No action required.
