proposed Development Agreement for a Master Planned Development, along with a public
meeting to consider the Final Plat of Cameo Court at Apple Tree

SUMMARY EXPLANATION Set Date of an "Open Record" public hearing for a proposed
Development Agreement and a public meeting for Council consideration of the Final Plat of
Cameo Court at Apple Tree, a 39 -lot subdivision The proposal is for a Master Planned
Development to allow a portion of the project to be a private /gated subdivision, which requires
that the City enter into a Development Agreement with the applicant.

COUNCIL ACTION Council approved the Preliminary Plat of Cameo Court at Apple Tree at its
November 2, 2010 meeting A Resolution for the Preliminary Plat approval was signed by the
Mayor on November 16, 2010
