SUMMARY EXPLANATION
Set December 7, 2010 as the date for the following two public hearings
ITEM "A" A "Closed Record" public hearing to consider the Hearing Examiner's
recommendation on an Institutional Overlay /Master Development Plan application, and
ITEM "B" A "Open Record" public hearing to consider the Hearing Examiner's
recommendation on the associated Right -of -Way Vacation of S 29` and 30 Avenues
Both applications have been submitted for consideration by Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital,
and the subject properties are located in the vicinity of 2811 Tieton Drive, Yakima
