NOW TI EREtFORE, I?Cathy Coffey, Mayor of the City of Yakima and on behalf of the City Council do hereby proclaim Saturday, (December 21, 2019, as "MO me Persons' *femoral Day , in the City of Yakima in recognition of the people who have died without a home,from ailments or conditions directly related to homelessness, I hereby aska/T residents to take a moment of silence in remembrance and encourage support for all local efforts to eliminate homelessness in our community.
