ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING - THURSDAY
FEBRUARY 12, 1976
The City Council met in session on this.date at 12:00 Noon in
the Board Room of the Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital, Yakima,
Washington.
Council members present at the meeting were Acting Mayor Dr.
William Simmons, Jean R. Allard, Ralph Holbrook, Nadine Walker
and Gordon Wonder. Councilmen W. K. "Pete" Moore and Mayor
Betty Edmondson absent.
The Council discussed an amendment to the Agreement for Wastewater
Treatment and Disposal Service. After discussion, it was MOVED
by Holbrook, seconded by Walker that the draft be approved, as
amended, for inclusion in the Agreement: carried, Allard, Holbrook,
Simmons and Walker voting aye by voice vote. Wonder voting nay
by voice vote. Edmondson and Moore absent.
There being no further business to come before the Council, it
was MOVED by Holbrook, seconded by Walker that this meeting be
adjourned at 2:00 P.M., to Sunday, February 15, 1976, at the hour
of 7:00 P.M., to then meet in the Council Chambers at City Hall:
carried, Allard, Holbrook, Simmons, Walker and Wonder voting
aye by voice vote. Edmondson and Moore abs",
