ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING - WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 1975
The City Council met in session on this date at 4:00 P.M. in the
Conference Room at Yakima City Hall with members of the Human
Relations Commission.
Councilmen present at the meeting were Mayor Bert Broad, Wray
Brown, Betty L. Edmondson, Dick Jarms, W. K. "Pete" Moore, Don
Schussler and Dr. Bill Simmons.
The Council and Commission discussed recent events concerning the
Rodriquez incident and the responsibilities of the Commission.
No formal action was taken.
There being no further business to come before the Council, it
was MOVED by Moore, seconded by Simmons that this meeting be
adjourned at 5:00 P.M., to Thursday, December 11, 1975, at the
hour of 4:00 P.M., to then meet in the Conference Room at Yakima
City Hall: carried, Broad, Brown, Edmondson, Jarms, Moore,
Schussler and Simmons voting aye by voice vote.
