This parcel, which is located in the vicinity of S 64th Ave and Occidental Rd at 2309 S 64th Ave, is located partially within the floodplain and is zoned Multi-Family Residential (R-3). An Administrative Adjustment is also included in this request in order to allow 5-foot side yard setbacks and 15-foot rear yard setbacks for the proposed lots.
