HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
Minutes for Meeting of June 22, 2016
CaII to Order
Commission Chair Kenmotsu called the meeting to order at approximately 5:30 P.M.

Absent: Molly Storrs • Nancy Rayner • Whitney Stohr
Quorum: Quorum present
Staff: Historic Preservation Liaison Trevor Martin
III. New Business
A. Approval of February and March Meeting Minutes
Nancy Rayner made a motion to accept April's meeting minutes. Joe Mann seconded the
motion. Motion carried 4-0.
B. Update on the Historic Preservation Element
Spencer Howard, Artifacts Historic Preservation, gave the Commission a presentation on the
Historic Preservation Element.
C. Update on DAHP Grant Process
Trevor gave a brief update on the DAHP grant application. The additional money is still in
process at DAHP.
IV. Other Business
A. General Discussion of Other Items Not on the Agenda
V. Citizen Participation
No citizen participated in the public meeting.
VI. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 7:OOp.m. to the next scheduled meeting which will be
held on Wednesday, August 24, 2016, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.
