Minutes for Meeting on November 8, 2018
Call to Order
Vice Chair Wahl called the meeting to order at approximately 5:30 P.M.

A. Approval of Minutes
The Commission discussed the minutes from the September Historic
Preservation meeting, and approved the minutes 4-0.
B. Review Addition at 2609 Chestnut
The Historic Preservation Commission discussed the proposed changes to the
residential home located at 2610 W Yakima Ave. A representative of the property
owner was at the meeting on the November 8, 2018. The representative gave an
overview of the work to be performed at the residence and mentioned what they
would be doing to make the new addition compatible with the existing home. The
Historic Preservation Commission motioned to approve the proposed design 3-0.
C. Grant Update
City Staff discussed the DAHP Grant and the status of the application, and that
the City should have an agreement in place in October.
D. Public Participation
There was no public comment present at the meeting on November 8, 2018.

The meeting adjourned at approximately 6:00 p.m. to the next scheduled meeting
