Minutes for Special Meeting of August 13, 2018
Call to Order
Vice Chair Wahl called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 P.M.
II. Roll Call
Present: Leslie Wahl, Alixanne Pinkerton, Paul Edmondson, Cynthia Hall
Absent: Nancy Kenmotsu
Quorum: Quorum present
Staff: Historic Preservation Liaisons Trevor Martin
Council Liaison: Jason White (Absent)
III. New Business
A. Building Tour
The Commission discussed the tour of the Hotel Maison and the different historic
features within the building.
B. Grant Update
City Staff discussed the DAHP Grant and the status of the application.
C. Next Meeting
The next meeting will be help on September 26, 2018.
D. Public Participation
There was no public comment present at the meeting on August 13, 2018.
IV. Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at approximately 6:10 p.m. to the next scheduled meeting
on Monday, August 13, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. at the Hotel Maison.
