ITEM TITLE: Council Partnership Committee report

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The Council Partnership Committee met on July 19, 2019 and reviewed/discussed the following:
• Met with representatives from the Beer Garden Initiative
• Reviewed the Tourist Promotion Area agreement, which will be on the August 20 Council
agenda
• Reviewed the Historic Preservation Commission membership issue and recommends the
Commission be reduced from seven members to five, which will be on the August 20
Council agenda
• Reviewed an application for the Historic Preservation Commission
