ITEM TITLE: Council Partnership Committee report

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The Council Partnership Committee met on June 21, 2019, with representatives from the Central
Washington Home Builders and Yakima Housing Authority to talk about non-profit and for profit
housing developments, as well as housing vouchers. Councilmember Hill suggested having a
study session regarding an update on the affordable housing whitepaper action steps discussed
at the March 12, 2019 Council meeting.
