SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Vista Ridge Phase 2 is a preliminary long plat that will subdivide approximately 8.7 acres into 32
single-family residential lots in the R-1 zoning district, located in the vicinity of S 72nd Ave &
Coolidge Rd.
