Resolution authorizing a Fire District Assistance Agreement with the Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to obtain Federal Excess Personal Property (FEPP) F. Resolution authorizing award of Bid 11834 and execution of an agreement with Solenis (formerly BASF Corp), to purchase cationic polymer flocculant G. Resolution authorizing a contract with TTC Construction for Spring Creek Road Improvements for roadway and related improvements in the vicinity of the Yakima Sports Complex H. Resolution awarding Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 11903Q and authorizing an agreement with ALSC Architects, to develop a design for Yakima Convention Center north expansion 7. Public Comment Community members are invited to address items that are not listed on the regular business meeting agenda. A guideline of three (3) minutes per speaker is in place in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. A speaker's time may be extended at the discretion of the Mayor and/or the consensus or vote of the Council. Written communication and e-mail messages are strongly encouraged. CITY MANAGER UPDATE 8. The City provides special accommodations, such as hearing devices, wheelchair space or language interpreters, for City meetings.
