ITEM TITLE Set November 2, 2010 as the date for a "Closed Record" public hearing to
consider the Preliminary Plat of Cameo Court at Apple Tree and an "Open Record" public
hearing on a proposed Development Agreement for a Master Planned Development.

SUMMARY EXPLANATION Set Date of "Closed Record" public hearing for Council
consideration of the Preliminary Plat of Cameo Court at Apple Tree, a 39 -lot subdivision, and for
an "Open Record" public hearing on a proposed Development Agreement. The proposal is for a
Master Planned Development to allow a portion of the project to be a private /gated subdivision,
which requires that the City enter into a Development Agreement with the applicant.
An "Open Record" public hearing was held on September 9, 2010, and the Hearing Examiner
issued his written recommendation for approval of this application, subject to conditions, on
September 27, 2010
