The ordinance also reflects the City of Yakima Public Records Request fee schedule for electronic records. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. The following section, 1.70.010, of the City of Yakima Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: 1.70.010 Generally. A. Fees Imposed. There is imposed a fee payable by each person requesting services listed in subsection B of this section. B. Schedule of Fees and Collection. The police chief is authorized to charge and collect fees from each person requesting any services listed below according to the following schedule: Service Unit Fee 1. Fingerprint cards (not classified—not including Per card $ 5.00 applicants for concealed weapon permits) YPD Supplied card Additional per card $ 3.00 2. Verification report of lost or stolen property and Per report $ 10.00 crimes against persons 3. Traffic accident report (including witness Per page $ .15 statements if requested by the victim or victim's representative).
