ADJOURNED MEETING -- URBAN AREA PLAN
JUNE 29, 1981
The City Council met in session on this date at 7:30 A.M. at the Holiday
Inn in Yakima, Washington. Council members present were Mayor Betty L.
Edmondson, Henry Beauchamp, Lynn Buchanan, Lynn Carmichael, Shirley Doty
and Don Hinman. Council member Bruce Crest absent.
Council members discussed the proposal submitted by Yakima County for
resolution of issues 6, 9, 10 and 11 for the Urban Area Plan. Staff was
directed to, prepare the Council's response to this proposal and deliver
it to the County Commissioners and the Mayor of Union Gap today for the
meeting on Tuesday.
There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at
the hour of 9:00 A.M., to then meet on Tuesday, June 30, 1981, at 11:30
A.M. at the Yakima County Courtho se.
