ADJOURNED MEETING-- URBAN AREA PLAN
The City Council net in session on this date at 7:30 p.m. in the Kiva
Room at Davis High School. Council members present were Lynn Carmichael
and Bruce Crest. Staff members. present were City Manager Zais, Carol
Darby, Director of Community Development, Ken Coffin, CDBG Manager,
Larry Wright, Planning Manager, Don Skone and Judd Black, Associate
Planners..
Ken Coffin, CDBG Manager, gave an overview of the Urban Area Plan to the
citizens present. Questions were asked on the upcoming ballot issue
regarding the transit sales use tax. Mr. Kilpatrick, of the Mobile
Homeowners Association, commented on the improvements that have been
made to mobile hcmes.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting
was adjourned at the hour of 8:40 p.m., to then meet on Mbnday, October
27, 1980 at the hour of 7:30 pm. -t the Senior Citizens Center.
