ADJOURNED MEETING
March 19, 1982
The City Council met in session on this date at 10:00 a.m. in the Coun-
cil Chambers of City Hall, Yakima, Washington. Council members present
were Mayor Lynn Capmichael, Clarence Barnett, Shirley Doty, W. K. "Pete"
Mbore, and Jack Spoiling. Council member Henry Beauchamp present after
10:05 A.M. Council member Lynn Buchanan present after 11:00 A.M.
It was MOVED by Doty, seconded by Barnett to move into Executive Session
for the purpose of discussing pending litigation. Unanimously carried
by voice vote. Beauchamp and Buchanan absent.
Following the canpletion of the Executive Session and there being no
further business to cone before the Council, it was MOVED by Mbore,
seconded by Beauchamp that this meeting be adjourned at the hour of
11:30 A.M.
