The City Council met in session at 12:00 Noon on this date at the Garden
Villa Motel.
Councilmen present at the meeting were Mayor Bert Broad, Wray Brown,
Betty L. Edmondson, W.K. "Pete" Moore, Don Schussler and Bill Whitaker.
Councilman Charles A. Rich absent. Also present were members of the
Chamber of Commerce Legislative Committee.
There was general discussion by the Council. No formal action was taken
at this meeting.
There being no further business to come before the Council, it was MOVED
by Brown, seconded by Edmondson that we do now adjourn at the hour of
1:30 P.M.: carried, Broad, Brown, Edmondson, Moore, Schussler and
Whitaker voting aye by voice vote. Rich absent.
