ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING - JUNE 24, 1975
The City Council met in session on this date at the hour of 12:00
Noon in the Holiday Inn, Yakima, Washington.
Councilmen present at the meeting were Mayor Bert Broad, Wray Brown,
Betty L. Edmondson, Dick Jarms, W. K. "Pete" Moore, Don Schussler
and Dr. Bill Simmons.
Council members held general discussion on various City matters, on
which no formal action was taken.
The matter of recommendations from the Joint Board on Regional
Planning was brought on for discussion. It was MOVED by Jarms,
seconded by Simmons that the Council approve the Joint Board
recommendation regarding the Utility Policy, Option "C", of the
Urban Growth Report as found in the Minutes of the Joint Board
Meeting of June 3, 1975: carried, Broad, Jarms, Moore, Schussler
and Brown voting aye by voice vote; Simmons F Edmondson voting
nay by voice vote.
There being no further business to come before the Council, it was
MOVED by Moore, seconded by Schussler that we do now adjourn at
the hour of 1:30 P.M.: carried, Broad, Brown, Edmondson, Jarms,
Moore, Schussler and Simmons voting aye by voice vote.
