ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING - TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 1974
The City Council met in session at 4:00 P.M. on this date in the
Conference Room at Yakima City Hall.
1 Councilmen present at the meeting were Mayor Bert Broad, Wray Brown,
Betty L. Edmondson, Dick Jarms, W. K. "Pete" Moore, Charles A. Rich
and Don Schussler.

; An overview of Budget considerations and implications concerning
'gambling, Federal Revenue Sharing, Comprehensive Employment Training
and Manpower funds were discussed. Council intent regarding CETA
I 1 funds was to make application for 24 Police personnel, 6 Firemen
;personnel and 16 other Municipal positions. Contingency matters
1 such as the City-Chamber of Commerce information brochure and the
1 safety stipulations under the WISHA Act were also considered.

;There being no further business to come before the Council, it was
IMOVED by Rich, seconded by Moore that this meeting be adjourned at
1 5:15 P.M. to Friday, December 13, 1974 at the hour of 12:00 Noon,
■
1 to then meet in the Flight Deck Restaurant: carried, Broad, Brown,
Edmondson, Jarms, Moore, Rich and Schussler voting aye by voice vote.
