SPECIAL MEETING
The City Council met in session on this date at 11:30 A.M. in the
Veranda Room of the Towne Plaza, NO. 7th Street and Yakima Avenue,
Yakima, Washington.
Council members present were Mayor Clarence Barnett, Lynn Buchanan, Lynn
Carmichael, Shirley Doty and Jack Sparling. Council members Henry
Beauchamp arid W. K. "Pete" Moore absent and excused.
The Counci1 held a special meeting called by the Mayor for the purpose
of general discussion with members of the Utility Rate Advisory Board.
Utility Rate Advisory Board members present were Brad Card, Kenneth
Martin, Shannon Smith, and Cecil Warriner, John Ward absent.
There being no further discussion, the Mayor adjourned the meeting at
the hour of 1:00 P.M.
