DECEMBER 4, 1984
ADJOURNED MEETING
The City Council net in session on this date at 6:30 p.m. at the Holiday
Inn, 9 No. 9th Street, Yakima, Washington. Council members present were
Mayor Clarence Barnett, Lynn Buchanan, Lynn Carmichael, Jerry Foy and
Jack Sparling. Council members Henry Beauchamp and Shirley Doty absent.
Council members and City Manager Zais and Assistant City Manager Stouder
met with State Representatives Alex Deccio and Jim Lewis and Kent
Swisher and Stan Finkelstein from the Association of Washington Citis to
discuss the City's legislative priorities.
It was MOVED by Sparling, seconded by Foy that this meeting be adjourned
at the hour of 9:40 p.m., to then meet on Friday, December 7, 1984 at
1:30 p.m. for budget wrap-up. Unanimously carried by voice vote.
Beauchamp and Doty absent.
