FEBRUARY 13, 1985
February 12, 1985 being a legal holiday, no meeting was held. There
being a lack of a quorum available for a Council meeting on the
day following the holiday, due to attendance at the Association
of Washington Cities Legislative Day in Olympia, no Council meeting
was held on February 13, 1985.
