SUMMARY EXPLANATION
On September 8, 2010, the City Planning Commission formally adopted their written findings
and recommendations concerning a City initiated Comprehensive Plan text amendment to
Chapter III Land Use of the City of Yakima's 2025 Urban Area Comprehensive Plan Council is
requested to set November 2, 2010, as the date for public hearings to consider the Yakima
Planning Commission's recommendations
