Conducting quarterly visits of all City of Yakima Wellness Committee facilities(6 Fire Stations, 2 Water Treatment,Waste Water, Yakima
Resource Center, Police Station, City Hall, and City Works)to provide Preventive Maint.This service will include a visit each season to clean,
lubricate,adjust, and monitor the health of the fitness equipment.The services for the year will be billed out once annually.Any further repair
work or parts will be billed out separately. Billing will be sent quarterly.
