SUMMARY EXPLANATION: Set February 5, 2008 as the date of a closed record public
hearing for Council consideration of the hearing examiner's recommendation concerning
Riverpointe Landing, LLC's request for a rezone from M-1 and B-1 to LCC If approved, this
rezone will permit the construction of an 806,700 square foot regional commercial complex. The
protect site is located on the north side of the city and generally bounded by US 12 to the north,
N 6 Avenue to the east, River Road to the south and N 16th Avenue to the west.
